Release?
Just like they were going to release a 4Ghz Pentium 4 by the end of 2004? You can't even get the 3.6 Ghz anywhare. Intel's dual cores will be more expensive and perform worse just like their current processors. Their are too many bottlenecks in their design. Processors sharing the same northbridge and bus. Intel will most likly not use hypertransport even though it has proved to be a good reliever of at least that bottleneck. http://www.amdzone.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=1182. Oh well, I guess Intel doesn't want to copy too many of AMDs Ideas, otherwise the uneducated media and public might suspect that Intel is becoming a copycat. Besides if Intel joined the HyperTransport Consortium it might say that AMD was right and Intel definately can't have that.
