I'm glad I'm not the ONLY one who was gonna rant to YEAHRIGHT about his silly post.

LOL..some folks -- its like dude, at least READ THE FRIGGING ARTICLE BEFORE YOU MAKE A BLANKET STATEMENT THAT IS *FALSE*!!!!

And any of us gamers who build our own PCs optimizing them for games knows...there is no such thing as too little cooling, so regardless of the "official" word from the Intel or AMD marketing departments...MORE COOLING IS *ALWAYS* BETTER!!!

However to switch gears and responde to YOUR post, rhetoricpolice (nice name btw-- I like it!), AMD's latest and greatest (Athlon 64, 64 FX and Opteron) do smoke their Intel counter parts...I refer you to Tom's hardware and Anandtech websites to validate that statement.

The 64 FX in particular is currently the world's fastest desktop PC processor than money can buy. Gotta love 939. wink
