The water-cooling is REQUIRED to O/C to 4 Gig.
This story implies that the machine uses a 4.0 Gig. CPU when in fact it does not. It uses a slower speed CPU that is overclocked to 4.0 Gig. by virtue of using water cooling. While InHell's P4's run excessively hot, water-cooling isn't mandatory with the current chips unless you decide to overclock them. One would be far wiser to purchase the AMD A64 or FX series which is faster than the P4 series and does not rquire water-cooling. With water-cooling the AMD A64 & FX series blows the P4 out-of-the-water.
