So when will IBM get behind Linux on the Desktop??
We must thank IBM for all of the weight they have thrown behind Linux, but I can not for the life of me understand why they would let latecommer SUN get out ahead of them on the desktop. Well, this will get them moving I hope. We have been hearing rumblings lately. I would expect that we would see them switching a lot of desktops internally very soon, and also throwing a lot of weight behind Linux on the desktop.
