In the earlier article "Offshoring Pays Off For CEOs".....

So what are you saying ZDNet, are the jobs on the rise or is it another smokescreen? If I was a CEO I would definitely be looking for ways to cut after reading your earlier article, especially if it nets me a new boat and set of golf clubs...and I can re-employ my IT tech staff that I sent to Pakistan and have them be my caddies....
