Intel to throttle power by enhancing silicon

Rhetoric, my guess is...

that YEAHRIGHT is just tired, as I am, of ZDNN's blatant pro-Intel bias. I actually cancelled my 10+ year subsciption to PC Magazine (a Ziff-Davis publication) for the same reason (they should call PC Magazine the Tech Source for Microsoft, Intel, and Dell Computing).

A perfect example was the title of last weeks article about there being a problem with AMD's 64 bit processors and WinXP SP2, when in fact the so-called problem was just the AMD NX flag doing what they designed it to do...not allow data to be executed as program code.

No mention was made of the fact that Intel processors which implement Intel's equivalent to the NX flag will fail in the same exact manner.

Lastly, what is it with ZDNN's site and these talkfack forums. I am on a T1 and it still loads like ZDNN is using a 14400 modem at their end.
