But for now I dont see how this could be considered so complacent to a single two-dimensional facet. And perhaps it is not.

When the cooler can be 'built into the processor,with a layer of 'hurricanes for example. But of course as you said, at least a shrunkin scale model of an automobile radiator , should take some of the heat off. If it was somebody could use something w/o a great deal of fuss.

I mean after microscopic hurricanes and shrunkin automobile radiators what else is there .
