AMD on road to recovery, says research firm

I sure hope so: I have been using AMD Chips exclusively in my personal computer builds since the K62 and have been very happy with them. My current Athlon X2 was a great value but I will most likely be in the market for a upgraded PC sometime next year as this one is getting a bit outdated and I would like to pass it down to my inlaws which are still using a Pentium 3 933Mhz computer. I still think AMD offers outstanding value in the mainstream market. For example when it came time to purchase new computers for my school district I found that I could get AMD X2 2.7Ghz Machines for about $100 cheaper per unit than a 2.0Ghz Dual Core Intel offering with the same specs when it came to the other hardware. Also the AMD came with integrated NVidia graphics which greatly outperform the integrated Intel offering.
