Linux is taking very little market share from Windows Server, if any at all -- that's why the UNIX market share is falling while Linux is climbing; it's called equilibrium.

Not that it's scientific, but:

Windows Server 2003 approaching 100,000 active sites; 8,000 sites switch from Linux
