- Intel has never sold a chip below cost. That is a prerequisite of antitrust behavior. AMD admitted to offering 1000000 free processors to HP, which declined them. As far as New York's antitrust case, it is because they are begging AMD to build a plant there. If Intel was offering, Cuomo would never had bothered. You mentioned Intel could'nt compete straight up, which company has the best rated processors now? Why don't you read some objective reviews, and remove AMD antitrust weboage off your favorites. What a joke. You fanboys just keep buying substandard AMD crap and whinning about how bad Intel has been for the universe. Do you honestly think that AMD would sell their processors cheap if they were the only company around?? Yeah, keep believing that BS!!
