And yet...
Just because you don't need it doesn't mean no one else does.

I take notes on my Pocket PC constantly using an external keyboard. College classes, work, it doesn't matter--I can take notes quickly and easily on a keyboard that's almost full-size.

Oh, I should also mention that it runs mobile versions of Word and Excel. I also installed a tuner, which as a musician I absolutely love. The screen is as big as the iPhone. The phone portion works flawlessly, as does the on-screen keyboard when I don't have my pocket keyboard or don't want to stop to pull it out and unfold it.

It supports multiple mobile networks with multiple methods, including a prepaid card, which I use since I don't use it as a phone very often. It takes pictures, records audio, has a headphones plug (I use it as a mobile audio player--no need for a Zune or iPod), and accepts a SD card. It has a touchscreen that can be navigated with your fingers. It can play video or audio. It can do SMS and MMS. If I want VoIP, I can install Skype on it. It can connect to WEP and WPA wireless networks of varying types. I can use a variety of unobtrusive programs to synchronize its data with my PC.

The only thing the iPhone has over my phone is a slick marketing team and a flashier design.

I obtained this phone three years ago. This stuff is not new; it's just packaged in a new way. That's not a bad thing--just don't try to claim that your iPhone is better than my phone because it's shiny and more expensive.
