They better have patented it back 1982 to84

Because that's when I first started online gaming using 900 baud modem. I think the game was called trade wars and it was host on BBS. You'd 30 minutes a day to submit your moves. All text based but a blast.

Can't quite remember when I did it. It was between 82 and 84 though, I know that much.
