Plenty of bandwidth...
There's plenty of bandwidth. The Internet bubble of the late 90s caused huge amounts of fiber to be buried everywhere. I think the fact that most cable and DSL providers keep increasing their package speeds is only a sign that bandwidth is plentiful. Bandwidth is cheap and it doesn't matter how much spam, there's enough to go around even with VOIP traffic.
