Well, if we could stop spammers and useless badnwidth usage...
from crap like pushed ads and the like...
Perhaps there would be enough bandwidth.

I know one company of 50 users I support gets, on average 2500 SPAM mails a DAY...that is just one small company. Not to mention between Hotmail and Yahoo mail accounts, I get about 100+ a day.
Multiply that by the 1-2 billion people on the internet around the world...wow...think of all that saved bandwidth if we could do away with SPAM mail...
