Mini-USB ports on all mobile devices
I am in favor of a federal law forcing all companies selling mobile devices in the US to include a mini-usb plug for charging and connecting it to a PC. It is without discussion the best possible connector. It doesn't have a flimsy pin, it doesn't take up 2 inches of space, and it doesn't require pushing some silly buttons in to disconnect it. The law should also mandate 3.5mm stereo connectors on all devices that wish to promise being both a mobile phone and a music player...
