Perhaps so...its been awhile
Its been awhile since I last worked there...but as far as I know, their (Craftsman) hand-tools (not power tools) are stilled guaranteed for life...unless thats changed.

And yeah..their Sales Associate training is ridiculous...but honestly I think most of the fault lies with the upper management (as with most companies :P )
