Big Surprise
With getting web content getting slower and slower using dial people are bound to switch. I mean you want to down a MP3 off of a pay site you wait 20 minutes or more depending on the speed you get from you ISP and hope you don't get disconnected.

Now all I can say is it's about time! I haven't used dial-up for almost a decade now. I used dial up in for my Apple II, my 386 runing Win 3.1 with Trumpet, and briefly on Windows 95.
