none of the items you mentioned are innovations or even mass-produced 'firsts' - go to a PC hardware store - you can find home-enthusiast cases that have programmable readouts and displays for hardware or network connections, not to mention all the other lighted diode crap available at any compusa or local pc parts seller. there is nothing new here - but apple's trying to patent this. shameful.
