Rude users
In healthcare, while there is some documentation of equipment malfunctions when a cell phone is used within a yard of some equipment, cells phones are also banned in some areas because of the rude users. Patients complain about the disruption caused by the use in their rooms and nearby hallways at all times of the day and night.
