Bad results because HP computers are crap
They certainly do have an execution problem. Two years and 10 months ago I bought my mother one of their computers configured on line. They didn't send the software they charged us for, they did not send the extras they said they would send us if we bought computer and printer together, etc. The computer has not worked for more than 3 months at any one time. Repair places in Minneapolis and Denver would not take it because the mother board tatooing process that HP uses is too complicated and we can only make it work 30% of the time at best. My brother in law, a full time computer consultant and I have been on the phone with HP for at least 80 hours and this does not count the time my mother and father have spent on the phone. It is coming back from repairs yet again. It was last repaired 20 days ago and the day it came back it would not work or boot up. Ironically there was an unsigned quality control piece of paper with it that lacked both, apparently required, signatures. That is why their profits are down, one of their product lines is a horror and if their support of the PC is an example of their support for everything, well that speaks for itself, I have come to loathe HP Kyle
