- This story shows how irresponsible the cell phone cos are.Clearly they should be financially punished. That is the only way that they will "do the right thing". So,fine them. Then additionally, reduce 1/3 of the last bill to zero. Clearly the second failure is the regulators. Fire the regulators that put the cell cos before the populace Fire them. This is why free enterprise has to be governed. Humans are just too damn greedy and unscruplous to be given free rein. Very sad.
