First, I admit I am not a computer wizz. That said, I wish you would explain where you are coming from with this information. Cooling RAM before you read it? Perhaps you are speaking of the RAM chip which is hardware as opposed to RAM as a form of data. Otherwise you are trying to "cool" data.
