''''Users'''. Get this one : ""proximity controls "". If that isn't enough terse for 'dont put your fair-use copy onto the internet''.

What is incorrect is denoting that a person utilizing a copyrighted object is a 'user''. Or ''user'' of a copyright . In an object definitive 'user'' to copyright if exists denotes 'person. Something of wich copyright law does not detail - that of 'user, .. it is an incorrect asertation to the object 'copyright. However it is also incorrect in the object of copyright 'broadcast in effect'.

It is only an engineering term to detail 'end-use. 'Broadcast cannot assume itself in 'person within any other technology wich had previously been without 'proccessing power''. The relationship of 'end-use in processing is the engineering term of objectivity.

It is incorrect to denote the persons of the 'effect in copyright as 'end-user. They are persons. This is the reason that the 'broadcast flag violates the rights of security and privacy within the constitution.

The objectivity of the engineering term, and the copyright term at 'end are not the subjectives of the same definitives.

End-use validating a propriety is an insult to the person proper with consideration of 'effect in copyright. Specifically when person is a resolve of 'end-use for a propriety without there own permission in their own premises.

The demise to 'board our premises will catch up to the engineers utilizing processing power to convey a proprieties will over the persons residing there. When it is shown in resolve that it is copyright, and copyrighted works wich require the specification in order to use a technology wich actually in light of premises and person, must be considered 'effects. And requires specification beyond what 'broadcast would rail as a detail to person a premises.

Course Tivo is or is not as ubiquitous as a vcr recording ? Who can tell . Does the FCC suggest 'proximity rfids for the sale of blank video cassettes now ? And 'registration of assets known for electronics on ones premises with some government candor ,in order to be persuaded a validation is assumed to the equipment from the fcc ?

Just dont put your fair-use equipment onto the internet. But share when there is a specification to do so - but between persons. Guess what a middle man robot isn't neccesary, especially one called end-user.

Later on. But good luck T-I-V-O .

-just talking.
