Lesson in marketing
When someone comes out with something truly innovative, maybe I'll change my ways. All Doom 3 offers is another game to shoot things. To be honest, going to the local skeet range is way more fun than any FPS video game.

Wake up people, hype is a marketing gimmick. If you were anticipating the release of Doom 3 months before it happened, you've been duped by some marketing person who is smarter than you. If you spent hundreds of dollars to make sure you're PC was up to the task of playing Doom 3, again, I commend you for your stupidity.

If you ever "couldn't wait for a movie to come out", again, you were suckered. Anticipation should be reserved for important things that are real, like you're first day of school, your wedding, seeing an old friend, buying a home or car, etc...., not to go get the latest video game.
