Well, I was not talking about how it affects the court case.
But even so, most people are still locked into Windows for the short term, and Microsoft still has to abide by antitrust law. One vender offering Linux does not suddenly change anything. Of course when Linux has 20% desktop market, Microsoft won't be a legal monopoly and will be free to Bundle anything and everything again. But, whatever else happens, they still have to fullfill the terms of the settlement.
