What do you mean? Do you assume that world is split between losers and winners. Thta's a simplification of world! Have you got that from a "bright" manager on some executibve position (at the time... perhaps now doing time for fraud or insider trading)?

You see life does not have white and black side.

One of example is that folk that got really irate about someone hurting his family member and simply beating that hurting guy obivious. Or the guy who was framed and to survive he killed in self defense. Now he is doing 25 years, but there is still missing some piece like DNA proof that he was not on the site of the first crime.

Do you still think of that thosea are not normal citizens?

Well, that's probably possible in the American mentality that in other places is called "village peron mentality" (or small world and small perspective mentality to explain the expression).
Yes if the guy killed accoidently so he is bad.. he is also using drug he is most likely a pedofile and a month ago he probably beat his wife. That's how your American media will depict a person who encountered an accident that may have changed his/her life.
