Microsoft will not
make didley from this. Or are you incapable of understanding that the article stated these systems are Linux based for the following reasons:

1 - Cost
2 - Legallities of local
3 - Language support
4 - Licensing

Many of these nations are still at US 1920's level of technology as far as infrastructure, and many of the per capita incomes are well, well below our poverty level. Get a clue, Microsoft won't make a dime, unless they are willing to give full versions of thier software away free and unrestricted in the beginning... which they won't.
