that's just ridicolous...
Sorry to say, when I hear good critique on Linux I'm normally the firt to acknowledge them, but your post is just hilarious.
You are speaking on an era of Linux when you had to mannually install any software.
From year each Linux varian has its own package manager.. to install a software you have just to open a program (the package manager) search by a program by name or type, and then click ok.
The sistem will automatically locate the program on the net, download it and its dependences and finally install it so you can confortably find it on your start menu.. too easy??? try any modern linux and come back on this thred.... wink
