I don't think it is off topic. This is about Microsoft as a whole and he is right. Microsoft needs to focus on its core products that are failing first before it even worries about taking over Yahoo or taking over Logitech. Microsoft needs focus and needs to give confidence back to the consumer and its investors, because at the moment Microsoft is all over the place.
