Good! It's about time!
I'm real happy to see this one. Hell, 2 weeks ago a friend visited me, spent 6 hours with me. At least half that time was spent on her cell phone, leaving her completely distracted, and unable to keep up a normal conversation.

This friend, in the past, had turned the cell phone off during visits with her friends for the most part, which was appreciated, but it now seems she's not gonna be doing that anymore, and I worry about the quality of our outings dropping because she simply feels she must be in constant contact with everyone.

Cell phones have a good side, but lately, all I've been noticing is the bad side...(yeah, drivers using them, not paying attention, phones ringing in movie theaters, during visits from friends, the list goes on and on). Time to set some rules, and time for cell users to consider the feelings of others as well.
