Rules and being Considerate
I think all places like theaters should have rules such as either NO Cell Phones Allowed, or If your Cell Phone is caught ringing during the movie, you will be ejected. All phones have a Silent Feature, and if it rings, you get up and leave the theater before you answer it if it's that important!!

It's all a matter of being considerate for the other people who paid good money to enjoy the movie, not to listen to your phone ring, or you talking on it.
