Yeah ZDnet kinda fell down on this...

If they threatened an officer that is serious ...
but if they were maced for no reason then they should sue...

Looks like we won't know the truth on this...but I still doubt there is a policy to pepper spray an annoying cell phone user...even though it may be a fantasy to all of us that it annoys happy
