U.K.'s Elonex readies low-cost Linux laptop
Get real Loverock, they can have a laptop that's capable of completing college or uni course work on, and is capable of surfing the 'net (research) and sending emails for $150 (?100), or they can spend $400 (?300) plus whatever MS Office retails at, on a Windows machine that will still only do the same thing. That's an extra $250+ to spend on socialising ...... no competition! happy
