Must take into account the pro-MS position of ZDNet
The MS position has been diluted to :

"The exclusive backing of Microsoft" was question in Jan.

An obvious outcome years ago, but JC lead the MS fanboy pro-HD DVD articles,
followed by ZDNet authors.

Huge win for technology generational change, for Sun's Java, MPEG 4 part 10 (aka
H.264 or AVC) and yet another MS snub. Poor Billy, irrelevant where it counts;-)
