Oh please...
People can't go for three hours without their BlackBerry's? I'm a BlackBerry addict myself...and even I found the outage to be refreshing.

Even with 2 outages in one year, RIM should still be within 5 nines (99.999%) of uptime...which is far more than can be said for a lot of corporations in the world.
