HP to Dick Tracy: Bet your phone can't do this

I almost got excited....: Because I thought it could do VoIP, but after reading the specs it was not to be. Now if someone can come up with a phone that will automatically switch from VoIP to Cellular, THAT would be a kick-as* phone.
