Just how the govy intends to pay for the long distance charges considered necesary for the usefulness of 24/7 RFID ? Ahh we have a prerequisite here now.

Did govy contract with some 'two-way internet connected service to do this already ? And guess what we need 'your tax money to do this,although we set the rate at wich will utilize the technology.
