So what?
I don't care if the *never* make an actual chip...*if* they bring an improvement to market. If Intel has to end up buying their technology, fine! We end up with lower power usage. That's the bottom line. That would be different from the patent trolls who go find/file/buy patents to use as weapons against companies that already have related implementations in production and usage. That is evil...the former is simply innovating, and they need to be able to profit in order for there to be incentive to do so.
