The BRTISH - not too sure.
I really must appologize to the GREAT BRITISH PUBLIC - but I love any story that 'rants' about anything GREAT coming from Britain. I love the 'spin'.

I can say this with some degree of accuracy being British born and educated but having lived 'abroad' as they say for most of my life.

I jusr love BBC technology articles - I then go to CNN or some other international news site and map the two stories. It gives me gret pleasure to spot the 'British Fine Print'.

Britain has historically produced some really great technology - but for sone odd reason NEVER can commercialize successfully - it is a British disease or some such thing.

I was educated at a time when a firt class degree DID mean something this is another irritation - look at the grades being given to 'O' and 'A' level students now - it is amazing how much smater the British seem to have become (!!!) - the University system is worse - Bournmouth Uni, Brighton Uni, Preston Uni., Give me a break - there are only 44 REAL universities in the UK......and really only three that matter.
