- I was a loyal Dell customer until their direct sales financial arm ran me off. They used very questionable tactics and date/payment manipulations to collect late payments from me for five months in a row. During that time I even paid them twice in one month and they still charged me! Many times my payment was credited one day after a late payment was charged. When I attempted to rectify the problem customer service was adversarial. No more Dell for me, even if they start selling them at the corner grocery store!!!
