I agree with you partly
I agree on item 1. It is a must.

Item 2 isn't as big a deal as some make it out, and I don't personally care about WMA, but from a market standpoint I agree Apple should add it. The license _is_ free afterall.

Item 3 is debateable. Yes, the iPod is more expensive, but it's also a better, higher quality player with a far superior interface.
