With Comcast or TW, you don't get the NFL network I bet. That's because the cable companies want to charge a premium for the channel, and the NFL wants it to be available to more people. I hate Comcast!
Actually, you have it the wrong way around. NFL wants to charge for the NFL network. Comcast didn't think it was fair for everyone to have to pay for a channel that only a limited number of people are actually going to work. It's the same deal as the Big10 Network (I believe that's their name). They want to set up a network where you have to pay to watch college football games that were previously free to watch on tv.
