Thanks for the U-Verse input
I hadn't heard the bad on U-Verse. It's sort of funny though, because I do have AT&T DSL, after having Comcast from the time they were called @Home. I have found the complete opposite experience with the two companies that you have. I developed a problem in my neighborhood network, somewhere, with Comcast. They never were able to fix it. My brother next door to me was having the exact same issues. We would just drop, maybe for minutes, but usually for hours. We both have since switched to AT&T DSL, been on it for a couple of years now, and have NEVER had a DSL problem. What's more, I pay for the Pro speed, and they upgraded me to the top Elite package at no additional charge. I'll still try U-Verse when it gets to my area, or I'm going to switch to satellite. With Comcast or TW, you don't get the NFL network I bet. That's because the cable companies want to charge a premium for the channel, and the NFL wants it to be available to more people. I hate Comcast!
