Charter is 10 times worse than your worst experience
I'm stuck with Charter where I'm at and it's the worst ever. I was a happy camper with Comcast for 7 years but then we moved and now I have $hithole Charter. Can't wait for something better to come to my area. With Charter I have cable (HD), phone, and internet. They aggressively block incoming packets on their residential broadband. If you run servers or host games, you are forced to get Charter Business broadband which is uber $ for even worse service. Their sales and billing department are the largest group of blatent liars and incompetent twits that I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Each month I have to call and complain about my bill having new excess charges on it. I threaten to cancel each month but they remove the bogus charges to make me go away. But then the next month is the same story over and over again. I'm 1 month's bill away from going to the better business bureau on them.
