- Rollins and Dell need to pay attention to us long time Dell Computer users and get rid of the foreign service support. Use of these people for 'support' is not working for me and I'm seriously considering changing to a system that provides support people that solve problems and can be understood. Dell made a serious mistake in moving service support 'off shore'. Off shore my foot, support is now in the middle east and isn't working.
