Dell Support
As a computer consultant, I have been really suprised at some of the negative comments I have heard recently about Dell. I personally know of longtime, loyal Dell customers who are jumping ship because of the lack of support. I have even had clients who recently bought Dell systems but pay me for support rather than deal with the Dell support they call "worthless".
