- Dell's sellout on support
- Really don't think it matters who takes the rein. Michael Dell, who became large because of his superb support team, farmed it out to a bunch of cheap as you can get foreigners to become huge. There are a lot of Dell owners who will not be repeat customers if the support is not returned to what it used to be.
