$40 Coupons? When and How
I have heard that there are two coupons pr household to be given out soon. My question is how do you get them and what kind of hoops one will have to crawl through to get them?

Perhaps one of you out there in IT or otherland has the answer. I sure hope so. I have two analog TV's, one is a rather new one that has a very good picture and it will not go into the dump or discarded in any fashion if I have any say about it. I just need the coupons.
