Got three iPods, 4 Macs, Logic Express 6, than 7, then paid for crossgrade to Ninary 7.2 then bought full Logic Studio. It's passion, for sure, but the most important thing is that all products worked for me and at any given time they were the better alternative. And of course, there was the coolness factor. It's like with Mazdas in our family. They work, do not break down and the latest models are sexy.
