Go Figure..
Nobodies said anything yet. Same as the poster before me 'fluff''. Using some figure head - say Intel,or Microsofts 'Bill gates,.. or whoever.

The present day analog wired world is as friendly as it needs to be. The 'broadcast flag,so eagerly waved around, is something never pronounced in specification - it is actually 'signal processing. Then along with HDTV,thats a jolly big whooped de doo. Simply on a basis of more lines per screen, big whoop. Simply denoting the 'theatre experience , excuse me,the theatre experience has been well denoted by those that experience it. And HDTV is nothing of the same kind of specification (the focus can surely change). Yes the anolog world is just as keen as the processed one. Having plenty of fluid points of wired, and unwired detail wich is/are the complete ascertion of the consumer doing the equipment. If digital products do not offer the same orientation,in representation of the consumer,as their relationship to the products hollywood spells as such, something is in more perspective than that wich is brought to conversation.

A 'lot of 'network,is simply 'defined so simply to parrellel to the polarization of concept, left in 'lieu of ''content''. But when you look closely, the same devices that for technologies role benifit consumers that use them,it is hollywood that claims its 'content is the benifit- at quite a sum of capital taken by the consumer to do so.

Hollywoods problem is that the relationship to copyrights, and consumer goods are not the same as that of the contracts that bear the same function when made of authors, and actors, and musicians that stake relationships to them. Bill Gates and co. know all too well the benifactors of agreements pertaining to whom is utilizing the creation of them. So 'internet,'processed signalling, creates the conduit of wich to 'entrap the difference that exists between as yet not detailed = copyrights, and copyrighted effects'. Blissfully maintaining the models waged against consumers utility of the digital space is something mentioned by the creators of copyrighted works,...and again this is not the role of the consumer to them either the works,in the 'copyright,or the 'technology,in support of them.

Basically the utility of digital space to create a 'usury against the technology without the person present in respect of that agreement.

Realistically, all the liscence affuendos should 'dump them - 'liscencing. Create a new specification for the 'effects within the 'digital space. Something that is ubiquotous to authors, distributors, and consumers,w/o denoting the arbitration wich consumers have within their person. Person in consumer of technology, and person in consumer of copyrighted 'effects.

For now w/o realizing it. 'ALL copyrighted works wich are within the digital spectrum is in most ways 'copyfriendly. A software has a backup,a musical digial purchase has a given specification of 'copy. Everything known within most digital space is a 'given effect of 'copyfriendly.

The only relationship that copyrighted works have within digital space that 'copyfriendly cannot denote as a specification, and leaving arbitration to the consumer as well,is the sale, tender, and receipt to consumers.

Microsoft DRM,is realistically 'welfare for Microsoft. Since Microsoft software is most ubiquoutous for software within the digital concept,it is believed that the model Microsoft portrays,of liscencing - and contract , is something that is as ubiquotous. It is not however,. Consumers do not have their privacy, person,or propertie to trade, for the concept of 'liscening wich 'digital can,or cannot function to. Since the utility is simply on its premise, hollywood has chosen the premise of piracy, and therefore the other side of that 'feature within the digital concept of copyrighted works, require its own person adaquately detailing the consumers person.

'Internet, even though the copyrighted works, can 'stand to accuse it. These 'agendas, still have not portrayed in concept, a realistic commerce in property of digital effect, wich consumers can as well portray satifactory - in evidence of their own defence.

DRM is meaningless unless the software utilizing it is taking the extra detail within 'feature for digital utility. And within specification for 'copyfriendly'',wich can randomize such factors for a real true market. Nott something patterned after a single benifactor for an astranged forum of salemen in copyrights. But for something denoted to the spectrum of digital reference, with its detail known by specification. Using the other premise - the consumers premise. The utility of the digitals concepts premise. The mention of 'copyfriendly by its technology that creates it within the digital utility wich is offered copyrighted works.

-just talking.
